CLAYVORY – REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for choosing Clayvory. We take immense pride in the craftsmanship, premium quality, and tailoring of our casual luxury collections. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our returns and refund procedure is fully aligned with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

1. Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the statutory right to cancel your order for any reason within a 14-day cooling-off period.

  • This cancellation period begins the day you, or a third party indicated by you, physically take possession of the garments.

  • To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision via a clear, written statement sent to sales@clayvory.store before the 14-day window expires.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a full refund, all returned items must be handled with reasonable care and sent back in their original, pristine condition:

  • The garments must be unworn, unwashed, and completely free from any signs of wear, marks, or fragrance.

  • All original Clayvory sartorial tags, labels, and premium presentation packaging must remain fully intact and undamaged.

  • Items must be dispatched back to our designated UK return warehouse within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.

3. Faulty, Defective, or Misdescribed Goods

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, every item we dispatch must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and exactly as described. In the unlikely event that a garment develops a fault or does not meet these premium standards, your statutory rights are as follows:

  • Short-Term Right to Reject (Up to 30 Days): If your goods are faulty upon delivery or develop a manufacturing defect within 30 days, you are entitled to an immediate full refund.

  • After 30 Days: If a manufacturing fault occurs after the initial 30 days, you are entitled to a repair or a replacement. If a repair or replacement is not viable or successful, you will then be entitled to a full or partial refund.

4. Refund Timeline & Original Delivery Charges

  • Upon receipt and meticulous inspection of your returned items, we will issue an email confirmation regarding your refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed immediately via your original method of payment.

  • We will refund the full value of the goods, including the standard delivery cost paid at the time of order. Please note that additional costs resulting from choosing a premium express delivery option over our standard delivery favour are non-refundable.

  • Your refund will be issued without undue delay, and strictly within 14 days of the day we receive the returned goods back, or within 14 days of you providing verifiable proof of postage.
