Thank you for choosing Clayvory. We are dedicated to delivering our casual luxury collections to you in a timely, secure, and professional manner. Our shipping procedures are fully aligned with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
1. Delivery Options & Timeframes
We offer two premium delivery services to accommodate your requirements. All delivery timeframes are calculated from the day the order is dispatched from our UK fulfillment center.

Standard Delivery (Free): * Cost: Completely Free of Charge.

Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 12 business days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays).

Express Delivery (Paid): * Cost: £5.95 (Calculated at checkout).

Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 8 business days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays).

2. Processing & Dispatch Times

All orders are meticulously prepared, inspected, and packaged. Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT) Monday to Friday are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.

Orders placed over the weekend or during UK public bank holidays will be processed on the next subsequent business day.

Once your luxury items have been dispatched, you will receive a formal confirmation email containing your secure courier tracking information.
3. Delivery Tracking & Signature
To ensure the safe arrival of your casual luxury garments, all packages are shipped via reputable corporate couriers and require a signature or secure delivery verification upon receipt.
4. Late or Delayed Deliveries
While we make every possible effort to ensure your order arrives within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to courier disruptions, adverse weather conditions, or seasonal peak volumes.

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is not delivered within 30 days of the contract formation, you are entitled to a full refund if a mutually agreed extended deadline cannot be met.

If your package has not arrived within the specified timeframe, please contact our dedicated concierge at sales@clayvory.store with your order number.
5. Failed Delivery & Non-Collection
If the courier is unable to complete delivery due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if the package is not collected from a local courier depot following a missed delivery attempt, the order may be returned to our warehouse. In such instances, we reserve the right to charge the customer for any subsequent re-delivery costs incurred.
